To request a refund of the remaining balance on your cashless account, you can log in to your account and request a refund. If you used cash on-site to top up your cashless account, you can log in to your account and add the card to which you wish to be refunded.
If you have not created a cashless account, there is still time to create one above to access the refund!

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER?
No… But we recommend it! It will allow you to:
– Check your spending history
– Avoid queues by recharging your wristband at any time on the website
– Block your account if you lose your wristband.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR DAMAGE MY WRISTBAND?
As your account is linked to your wristband, you can block it by going to the festival’s cashless banks. A new wristband will then be given to you free of charge and the balance of the new wristband will be updated according to the amount loaded on your old wristband.
Unfortunately, if you haven’t created an account, you can’t block your wristband.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER THE EVENT?
To be reimbursed for the balance remaining in your cashless account, you can log in to your account and request a refund. If you used cash on site to top up your cashless account, you can log in to your account and add the card on which you wish to be reimbursed.

You have created a Cashless account: to request your refund, you will need to connect your account via lanature.be/cashless and click on the “Refund” button. Your bank account will be credited at the end of the month.
You haven’t created a Cashless account: In order to claim your refund, you need to create a Cashless account. It’s quick and easy: go to lanature.be, in the Cashless section. From here you can create your account by filling in your first name, surname, email and password, the code on the back of your Cashless chip and your bank details. Once you have logged in to your account, click on the “Refund” button. Your bank account will be credited at the end of the month.
